Bruno’s leadership is rooted in a rare combination of strategic finance and operational execution. Before becoming a go-to expert in RevOps & Sales Ops, he spent over a decade in Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Venture Capital, where he developed the financial discipline and investor-first mindset that now powers his operational strategies.

He’s also founded and exited a high-growth service/software startup, giving him a firsthand understanding of the founder’s journey and what it takes to scale a business from the ground up.

But beyond the work, I’m also a husband—grateful to be married to the most amazing partner—and a father of three incredible kids who remind me daily why ambition means nothing without purpose.

I believe work should be meaningful, impact should be scalable, and life should be fully lived. That’s why in the next three years, I plan to take my family on a global round-the-world journey—blending work, adventure, and discovery in every time zone.
